Client Comments"The DocuSped team has always been responsive to the needs of its users, most recently evident during these challenging times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Day, night, and even weekends, the DocuSped team worked diligently and responsively, creating system and document modifications, swiftly aligning with real-time changes in guidance and recommendations by the Agency of Education, thereby enabling special education teams to successfully maintain procedural compliance and continuity of special education services. An additional bonus is that DocuSped has remained cost effective for supervisory unions year over year. As a Director of Special Education, I find it comforting to have our students' special education records in such a competent, confidential, ethical, and local system."
—Stephanie Betit-Hancock, Director of Special Education, Windham Central Supervisory Union "Our special education staff was able to access the software right away and the immediate responses were, that it was easier to use and they liked the new set up. We noted very few challenges with the new software and connected quickly to the DocuSped team, who responded right away.
All in all, a very easy transition and staff were able to get to know the new DocuSped system before leaving school this year. The Special Education staff got lots out of the training, and it was helpful to our new staff who just joined us this year." —Steve Kinney, Special Education Coordinator, Orange Southwest School District "The rapidness of the support and the response to any issues we encountered was excellent. My staff has found DocuSped to be easy to access and user-friendly. Being able to access records anywhere with the Internet has given case managers more flexibility to get their work done. Printing from DocuSped is easy, as is the ability to add and change users. I look forward to continuing to explore all that DocuSped has to offer. Thank you for your rapid response and support during this change."
—Peggy-Sue Van Nostrand, Special Services Director, Essex-Caledonia Supervisory Union (now at Montpelier Roxbury School District) "I love DocuSped. It gets better and better all the time. Thank you."
—Spooky Buzzi, Administrative Assistant, Montpelier Roxbury School District "EdDocVermont really meets our needs as a Vermont school district much better than GoalView did."
